These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bni4d platform, including all games, sportsbook markets, payment services, bonuses, and customer support features. You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and operate a bni4d account. Age verification documentation (KTP) may be required at any point during your account lifecycle.
All bni4d transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000; minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested against bonus funds.
Each individual may hold only one active bni4d account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.

Access to and use of the bni4d Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which they hold an active Account:
To access the full functionality of the bni4d Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bni4d reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any funds contained therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bni4d immediately at support@bni4d.club if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bni4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.
All information provided during registration and throughout the Account lifecycle must be accurate and kept up to date. bni4d reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
bni4d may request identity verification documents from any Player at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon initial registration; before processing any withdrawal request; upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds; or where unusual account activity is detected by bni4d's risk management systems.
For Indonesian residents, bni4d accepts the following documents as proof of identity and address:
bni4d aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete, legible documentation. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete. bni4d will not be liable for any delays in payment processing caused by a Player's failure to promptly submit requested documentation.
If a Player refuses to submit the required KYC documentation, or if the documentation submitted cannot be verified as authentic, bni4d reserves the right to restrict or permanently close the Account. In such cases, the return of any deposited funds will be subject to bni4d's anti-fraud and anti-money laundering review process.
bni4d currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Payment method availability may vary over time. The current list of active payment channels is displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of deposit. bni4d does not impose a general maximum daily deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours, on national public holidays, or during periods of high volume may take longer. bni4d does not impose processing fees on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed against the total Account balance. bni4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
If a deposit does not arrive in your bni4d Account balance within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your bank or e-wallet, please contact bni4d support via live chat with your transaction reference number. bni4d will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed, credit the funds within 2 business hours.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by bni4d are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for matters relating solely to that promotion.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered at least 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to the Account unless a shorter or longer period is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
bni4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by bni4d. Where abuse is detected, bni4d reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn.
bni4d offers games sourced from licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. The availability of specific games may change without prior notice due to licensing restrictions, studio updates, or regulatory requirements. bni4d accepts no liability for the temporary or permanent removal of any game title from the Platform.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that results in an ambiguous or incomplete game outcome, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed on that round will be returned to the Player's Account. bni4d's decision on the correct resolution of any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the Player's right to escalate unresolved disputes as described in Section 14.
All sportsbook wagers are accepted subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the bni4d Sportsbook page. bni4d reserves the right to void any sportsbook bet placed at odds that were published in error, or where the event outcome has been affected by match-fixing or manipulation. Bets on Timnas Indonesia matches and BRI Liga 1 fixtures are subject to the same rules as all other football markets.
Individual game and market minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market interface. bni4d reserves the right to impose additional stake restrictions on individual Accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bni4d Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

bni4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios to the extent necessary for the Platform to function. All data transfers are protected by contractual data processing agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bni4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bni4d Account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bni4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bni4d will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support at support@bni4d.club.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bni4d is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.
In the event of any dispute between you and bni4d, you should first contact our customer support team at support@bni4d.club, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. bni4d aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (WIB).
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process within 30 days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter to bni4d's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Details of the ADR provider will be communicated to you at the time of escalation. Both parties agree to engage with the ADR process in good faith before pursuing litigation.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
